The official start. The Four Corners...where AZ, CO, NM, and UT all come toghther. The rain yesterday made for some slick riding this morning as we hit the dirt for the first time. A few went down. Some got wet and some others got really wet in the puddles. As we got to steeper ground it got faster and less muddy over all. We ran into a gentleman traveling by himself, 76 yr old Ron from FL, at our lunch stop. He joined us for the rest of today's ride and is camping with us in Telluride town park. The water fall is at the edge of town and is awesome! We got up over 11,000 ft at one point today and there was snow from yesterday's storms on the peaks above us.
